5 Days 4 Nights In Hong Kong Itinerary Part 3

Day 3

Other than Dim Sum are the popular breakfast to have, 茶餐厅 is also hot favorite. there are alot alot of good ones, but you can only go those you really like. As i always say you only have 1 stomach. So on Day 3, we shortlisted one of the must visit is Tsui Wah Restaurant.

 翠華餐廳

Cripsy pork bun was not available during my visit T_T. But the Crispy Bun and Condensed Milk and the milk tea is really yummy. It came to Singapore, but i haven get to try, heard that it wasnt that nice compare to the one in HK.

We took train to Wang Tai Sin Temple for some praying and head to Chi Lin Nunnery, very quiet and nice nunnery .

Chi Lin Nunnery

Is about lunch time and we head to my favorite must go shop: the Australia Diary Company. They are known for nice poor poor attitude in service.

澳洲牛奶公司 Australia Dairy Company
Address: G/F, 47-49 Parkes Street, Jordan, Hong Kong
Nearest Station: Jordan Exit C2
Opening Hours: 7.30am – 11.00 pm (Closed Thursday)

A must eat when you are in hong kong, i like the spaghetti and their sandwhich, and the highlight is the milk pudding and i love it. order scramble egg (炒蛋)over sunshine egg (煎蛋)their scramble egg is amazingly good

Amazingly their service has improved compare to the past few years. Is definitely worth the wait and they serve fast. So if you are eating there dont eat too slowly taking your own sweet time as they always have Q. Their attitude will turn bad if they see you hoarding their tables.

While we let dad return to hotel for a rest and bring mum to the dried seafood street. MTR Sheung Wan Station Exit A2. Walk towards Queen’s Road Central via Hillier Street. As the cost goes up, Hong Kong getting very expensive. Thus mum didnt get anything from the street, she got it most during our taiwan trip and at Tai O.

We wait about dinner time and dinner we head to Sai Kung.
Take red minibus from Dundas Street, Mong Kok., takes about 30-40 mins HKD 17,
Minibus from Yau Ma Tei is one of the fastest. Exit A2. Walk for 5 minutes to the minibus station next to Kwong Wah hospital.

One of the best area where you want to get fresh seafood, there is a huge variety, you can also buy from the boat and get resturant to cook. There are 2 popular restaurant one is the Chuen Kee (全记)and other one is 洪记. Usually i visit Chuen kee but i find it the restaurant service getting poorer, and if you are going to try, i recommend 洪记. I like praying mantis prawn in salt pepper but after we were ordering chuen kee told us not available. I did check if it is available before entering the front desk lady say yes. So i end up getting from the boat. Service time was way too long. Estimate about 50 sgd per pax for this meal.

We took bus back to mongkok, and i bought curry fish ball, spicy from the stall near our hotel. A must eat when you are in Hong Kong.
