Hong Kong Delicacies
Looking out for lunch and walked along this path as if I walking in Hong Kong.
Pop into this hong kong style resturant for lunch.
I think we ordered too much for just the two of us.
The egg tart is nice, with the thin crust and the egg is quite watery taste. Not too sweet, just nice. The butter po lo pau is also worth recommending, The thick butter matches well with the crispy crust of the bun, giving a buttery taste on the bread. The steam pork ribs are extremely tender and tasty, and thats how steam rib should be. The chicken feet was good.
I didnt like the chee cheong fan as i find the skin is too thick and there is chopped parsley that I didnt like it. The custard bun in piggy shape is cute but personally, I find that the custard bun at Victor’s Kitchen is better.
Whereas, the beancurd skin prawn roll tasted normal and a little oily for me. I feel, the one in crystal jade or Swee Choon is better off.
